Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre Monthly Membership $65 every month • Unlimited visits • Attend unlimited Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre classes at any Midtown Raleigh class location. This is our BEST VALUE tuition option at ~$7.50/class if you attend 2Xs/week. Includes resistance tubing. 3-month commitment required.

Membership can be placed on hold or cancelled at any time, once initial 3-month commitment is complete, with 15 days written notice and a valid credit card on file.

Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal exercise program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Regular activity such as Prenatal Fit4Baby classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Prenatal Fit4Baby Instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant women in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Prenatal Fit4Baby classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. Tuesday evening classes are for expecting moms only. Saturday morning Fit4Baby classes are combined with our Stroller Strides class and your partner is welcome to join you at no extra charge.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom.
