Mommy & Me Classes

Stroller Strides® 1 visit freeFrom $12 per visit with Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre 10-Class Pass pass

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Your first class is always free- register online to have a free class credited to your account and come try one this week!

Stroller Barre® 1 visit freeFrom $12 per visit with Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre 10-Class Pass pass

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, Pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training and lots of fun for baby too. No dance experience required!

Our Village Events Free

Enjoy fun, playful activities with your child while building a tight community of like-minded moms to share advice, tips, and most importantly, laughter. This playgroup is open to all Midtown families.

Prenatal Classes

Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Tuesday evening classes are for our expecting moms only. Saturday morning classes are combined with our Stroller Strides class and partners are welcome to attend with you at no additional charge. It's fitness for the whole family!

Running Club

Running Club Free

Running club social runs are added to the schedule week by week- please check back often! Spring 10K Training Program starts March 28th.

Runs may be canceled in inclement weather.

Body Back® Transformation is a results-based workout & nutritional coaching program designed specifically for moms- no matter how old their children are! Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom, grandmother or fit mom-wannabe get her body back. Most importantly Body Back Transformation helps moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.

Body Back includes:
  • 2 High Intensity Interval (HIIT) workouts per week that are sure to challenge women at any fitness level
  • Before and after fitness assessments, photos and measurements
  • Online coaching, nutritional support and accountability
  • Access to the most up-to-date recipes and meal planning tools and streaming workouts
  • Streaming workout videos to use on your non-class days
  • RESULTS that last!
You can make-up 2 classes/session by attending a Drop-In Boost class in it's place. 50/50 payment plans available upon request. Please contact missycurrin@fit4mom.com to schedule your make-up classes in advance or request a payment plan.

Packet pickup and "before" photos and measurements will be completed the week before your session starts at appointed times.

Body Back Boost is a drop-in, moms-only, full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Please note: Not appropriate for expectant mothers.

Personal Training

Personal Training No purchase required to enroll

Our Personal Trainers are nationally certified in personal training and pre and post natal fitness. We will work with you, whatever stage of motherhood you're in, to help you meet your goals! Sessions can be scheduled for individuals or small groups.

You're welcome to bring your child with you for your personal training sessions.
